Every story has a beginning...

 

      Hi there, we are Amanda & Tom. I, Amanda, am a local real estate agent who grew up in town. My partner, Tom, is an owner at Brewster Sweets, a chocolate shop in Lemon Tree Village. We both come from municipal backgrounds, serving the community of Dennis for many years.

     One day Tom had a crazy idea to open an ice cream shop...and name it after me, complete with a caricature and everything! We started on our new project in March of 2021 and formed a business plan to bring soft serve ice cream to this part of Brewster.​ We did a lot of research to pair our premium soft serve with traditional sauces and dips. Then came the idea to offer gourmet chocolate as our toppings...from Brewster Sweets no less!

     Our goal is to create a fun space, serving our family and friends with delicious ice cream and lasting memories.
